Infant – 4 years is our current target audience.

How do I make a reservation?

Go to our Request a Quote page and submit the form. We will respond to you shortly with availability and a quote. You will need to approve and sign the final quote and rental agreement. You do not need to make a payment to book the reservation. You will pay the final amount at the time of delivery.

Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured and can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance if needed for a venue.

Do you assemble the soft play equipment for us?

Yes. Every unit comes in multiple pieces that we will assemble for you at the time of delivery and disassemble at pick-up. We will arrive 1-2 hours early to setup the units and you will get to use the full paid time to play.

Is the equipment cleaned between each use?

Yes. The durable vinyl covering allows us to thoroughly disinfect the mats between every use. We clean the play mats for your children with the same amount of attention as we do for our own child.

What area’s do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester County, and parts of New Jersey. If you live outside of these zones, please contact us to discuss the best way to accommodate you.

Are there delivery charges?

Yes. The delivery pricing will be included in the estimate for you to review and is based on location from our headquarters.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. We understand that plans change, kids get sick, and hurricanes hit New York. We ask for a 24-hour notice of the cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancellation made before 24hours from your event. For any cancellation made less than 24 hours from your event, you will need to pay 25% of the final payment.

Can these units be used for outdoor events?

Only if the outdoor event is in a tented environment with flooring. We don’t like to expose our products to direct sunlight, dirt, mud, or any other outdoor element that can cause damage or inhibit children from using them safely.
